4.      Kmart in Cary, NC: 96,707 SF Kmart in middle class Durham suburbs.  100% NNN corp lease with 10+ yrs remaining.  NOI $300K/yr. $3.75M. 8% cap.
5.      Retail Center in Redwood City, CA: 6900 SF retail center on El Camino real in the middle of affluent Silicon Valley.  100% leased to 2 tenants: beauty salon, and tires store. NOI $75K/yr. $1.295M. 5.83% cap.
